Experienced Transition Managers are assigned well prior to contract award to lead all aspects of contract start-up;  Transition Plans aligned to customer needs are prepared and executed – they detail every aspect of technical, contract, financial and infrastructure start-up to ensure smooth work commencement and seamless performance transition.
